Magdalena Kraft, the oldest daughter of the Rottenhof, is the bos of the alpine hut in the summer months. Cheese production and milk processing fascinated her from the time of her youth. But not only cheese is produced in the different variations, also the bacon, sausages and beef are from Pinzgauer Rind from the own production. Excellent bread is baked on the hut and a homemade schnapps completes the perfect alpine snack. The hut is also known for its home-made dishes, above all the first-class cheese strudel. The cuisine of the Rottenhof hut spoils its hungry guests with homemade products.
