Alpin-Chalet Flachauwinkl

Rent an alpine dream chalet completely for yourselves, your friends and your family. With the charm and cosiness of a mountain lodge, but with the comfort of a large, modern, holiday home. 220m² all to yourselves. The chalet also can be booked as Alpin-Flatlet (cosy apartment for 1-5 person). Each flatlet has a shower/WC and a breakfast kitchen like a small holiday apartment, a big terrace, enough space for skis, boards and boots using the ski room and the boot-dryer as well as a reserved parking place on the parking deck. Furthermore the Alpin Chalet also can be booked as your completely personal, small, private hotel. Breakfast and Dinner will be catered and served as a buffet in your own chalet. A housemaid comes in twice a day to tidy up. The house is located directly at the slope and centrally in Austria's largest wintersport area Ski Amadé. The following services are included in the ALPIN CHALET daily price:
• the applied VAT, which is 10 %
• the local visitors tax
• cold and warm water, heating and electricity, incl. sauna
• the initial provision with bed linen on the made ready beds or, lodge
sleeping bags for more than 18 persons
• two large bath towels and one small towel per person and 10 dishtowels
• the initial provision with toilet paper, cosmetic tissues and kitchen paper
• the utilisation of the complete chalet including all domestic appliances,
kitchen appliances and the sauna
• free internet access and unlimited surf time with your own equipment,
• wireless LAN in the whole chalet, a fixed connection in the loft
• a parking deck is provided for 5 vehicles per ALPIN CHALET - further places
for vehicles are in front of the chalets.You have to pay extra for:
• a flat rate fee of Euro 320.- for the final cleaning, for excessive soiling and
waste disposal, an additional charge will be made in accordance with the
time and effort involved.
• all services and extra services, which are taken advantage of
• things get broken even in the best of families - such things will be replaced
and then added to the final account at our cost price.
