The apartment is located in the popular ski resort of Fugen, directly at the Spieljochbahn. An ideal base for winter and summer holidays. Direct access from the apartment to the slopes, only 75m away from ski rental, shops, bars, etc. and 100m from the ski school: winter sports in Austria at its best! Also several hiking trails leave in front of the door. Yet it is located in a very quiet neighborhood where you can hear the birds whistling and the children can play outside. There is no through traffic. The apartment will be completed in October 2020 and meets all modern comfort standards.
