Enjoy your holiday in our new and very cozy apartment. Our house with the fully equipped apartment is situatet in Maria Alm, in the district Unterberg. Quiet and yet centrally located can you reach the ski center Aberg in only 250 meters in winter. This is the direct access to the Hochkönig ski area. In summer we are the ideal starting point for your activities. A bus stop of the hiking bus is situatet in front of our house. If you book our apartment, you receive the Hochkönig Card with a lot of discounts concerning your free time activities for free! Restaurants are nearby. The village center of Maria Alm is 2 km away. It takes you 20 minutes on foot or just 3 minutes by car to reach the center. Children are very welcome! If you need we offer you a highchair and a cot for free. Your children can let off steam in our own playground. For a good start in the day we offer you a daily bread service. Unfortunately pets are not allowed!
