Our small but cosy apartment is best suitable for 1-2 persons or for couples, looking for a cuddly winter basecamp.

Equipped in a modern alpine style, it has 32 sqm, 1.5 rooms, kitchen, dishwasher, LED-TV, bathroom with toilet and shower, balkony with a wonderful view to the "Wilder Kaiser". The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a light wooden wall, but it is not an extra room which you can lock.
From the parking place you have direct access to the ski slope and the "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser" the largest interconnected ski area in Austria.
Walking distance to the town center of Ellmau is only 8 min.
