Upon entering, you can smell the wood with which our new natural house was built. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance, large bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and washing machine/dryer, a toilet with sink and pantry. Also here is our open living room/kitchen area with cooking island, and in the middle our showpiece a beautiful tiled stove. A large sliding door offers a magical view and also access to the terrace. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2 people beds and possibly, still 2 x 1 person folding bed. There is also the 2nd bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The front bedroom still has a large balcony. The entire upper floor has attic floors on both sides of the bedrooms, where additional storage space is available. House and location are ideal for retreats, workshops, meetings/meetings in nature to organize or to hold Our beautiful newly built house is located at 1100 m altitude. And is located in the mountainous region of the Hohe Tauern. The phenomenal unobstructed view of the Mölltal valley is breathtaking. Nature shows itself in its purest form. And the crickets will be heard from their most musical side in the evening. Our house is the perfect start to beautiful marked hiking trails, alpine pastures and mountain huts. Obervellach is centrally located between Spittal a.d Drau and Lienz. The ski areas are 10 km (Mallnitz Ankogel) or 20 km (Mölltal Glacier) from our house. Beautiful mountaingorges, motorique park, white water sports, swimming pool and tennis hall are also among the ultimate possibilities of this small village. And in winter you can get to know the toboggan run and/or snowshoe hike. On the campsite there is another shooting position. For cultural relaxation, the market town of Obervellach knows everything about current events that take place during your stay. In short: something for everyone.
