Your vacation home is located about 5 minutes from the center and the ski lifts of St. Johann in Tirol.
The quiet, sunny location with a stunning view of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser, will inspire you.

A stay in our house is suitable for couples and seniors, for active and relaxation searching people. Children are allowed at the age of 10 years.
It offers lovingly furnished apartments with all amenities and the comforts you are used to at home.

Directly from the house, you can start walking and cycling tours.
All our guests can visit the publich swimmingpool "Panorama Badewelt" in St. Johann for free.

For relaxation and sunbathing you can use our peaceful garden. A children's playground with swings, trampoline, table tennis and various games are also available.

Our main focus is in the personal care of our guests. Inclusive: heating, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, bike rental free free entrance for the public swimming pools
