General terms of payment: In case of a booking conclusion we would like to point out that a payment in the amount of approx. 25% has to be made within 14 days as a deposit and fixation of the booking. The remaining amount is to be paid at least 4 days before arrival. Deposit of a valid credit card is absolutely required as a guarantee for your booking. General cancellation conditions: Cancellation of your stay is free of charge until 4 days before arrival.
From 3 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, unused room or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Our cancellation policy applies to the rental or overnight rate.
Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning) will not be charged in case of cancellation.
